Leah Kay Sweeting

On February 4th, 2009 at 1:06 PM, we welcomed Leah Kay Sweeting into the world. She is our third girl, and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our family.

KayeLynne is doing great. She said this was her most perfect labor and delivery. We came in at 9:00 AM, a pitosin IV was started, her water was broken, and by 1:00 PM, she was ready to deliver. It took just 6 minutes and a couple pushes, and the baby was out.

It took us a little while to come to a final decision on her first name, but her middle name was always going to be Kay, in memory of my mom who passed away in June of last year.

    She is beautiful!! Kayelynne, you look amazing too! You always seem to have this glow coming from you, you are so special!! I’m so happy for you both.     Hooray! Congratulations. You all look great, and I can’t believe the short labor time. I hope mine goes that well. Leah Kay is a lovely name.

    Congrats. What a beautiful baby. Kayelynn looks great just after giving birth. SO happy for you guys. I hope I look that good after my baby comes in 9 weeks.

    Your blog is great! :) I love seeing all the pictures from Leah’s birth. So sweet. She is beautiful, just like you, Kayelynne! :)
